Haven’t ever utilized a supplement for workout or exercise in the past. I am a dancer and choreographer so it didn’t seem to “fit the bill” for the exercise I was doing. However, recently I’ve been getting more into running and this stuff is my life source! I started taking a small portion before I go into teach or dance as well and it’s a game changer. Doesn’t make me crazy jittery like regular caffeine intake can (coffee, soda, etc) and it now an integral part of all my workouts from cardio, hiit, dancing, weights, running etc. plus the swag isn’t too bad either! Definitely recommend giving it a try! AND it doesn’t taste like garbage so right there it’s a W.
